This late 1920s or early 1930s unmarked composition doll stands 18" tall. She reminds me of Bubbles or Dimples but is not exactly that mold. She has great facial color with tin eyes that open and close easily. The face has some very slight crazing, and there is tiny bit of paint loss below the left eye as photographed. Her molded and painted hair has a few light scrapes but no paint lifting anywhere. Her body torso is cloth needing a couple of mends at the shoulders but otherwise nice. She has composition arms and lower legs. The legs still have great blush at the knees. Her clothing is original to her-some commercial and some Mommy made. Her pleated batiste dress and oilcloth shoes are commercial. Her onesie, lace edged petticoat, and socks are Mommy made. The hair is styled in such a way that she could be a cute he with a change of clothes.
