C. 1830 French restoration period inkwell of breche rouge marble with bronze and gilt bronze adornments. Features a seated winged cherub flanked by flip top ink containers with original glass inserts, and ball feet with floral designs. In very good condition, possibly missing recessed side mounts, and minor corner roughness to the marble. Overall a nice piece with some retention of gilt on all the bronze mounts. Measures 12”wide x 8”high x 6”deep.
