An unusual American Glass aqua fruit jar C. 1864 embossed “Eureka 1 Pat’d December 27,1864”. An odd size at 1.5 pints/48 ounces. Maker unknown. Missing lid. Excellent condition with only the expected roughness around the ground lip. Nicely whittled and clear with bold embossing. Height 7.5”.
