A pair of Sterling tablespoons dated 1788 by English silversmith Hester Bateman, the world's most famous lady silversmith who lived from 1709 to 1794. The tablespoons are in excellent condition with no restoration. The handles have a feather edge and each has a bright cut engraved monogram. The hallmarks on each spoon are well struck and clear. The tablespoons are 8.5"long.
