C.1924 American mahogany Chippendale style mirror with string inlay. This mirror is all original including its mirror plate and has a minor repair to one lower ear. It is in fine condition has a wonderful provenance on both a label and in carving at the top and the bottom. It was made to order for Betty Lemeke as a Christmas gift to her husband Norman in 1924. The maker is Joseph Schoenberger, 512 Mitchell Street, Orange, NJ.. The mirror measures 41.5" high x 22"wide(at the ears), 17.5"wide at the straight side.
