Tall and nicely proportioned coin silver water pitcher made in New York by Ball, Black and Co. C. 1855. Fully marked on the underside of the base. Has a very faint, almost unnoticeable, monogram of three initials ending in "S". Although no repairs are evident , and the hand hammered construction give a vibrant sheen, the piece has scuffs and dings as appropriate for its age. No dents however, and the piece is very collector worthy. The piece measures 13.25"high x 7.75"handle to spout. Weighs 24 ounces.
