A darling individual set of delicate continental silver flatware that could possibly be by WMF. All three pieces are tied and displayed upon a highly decorated chromo lithographed card with gilded floral and scroll decoration and titled ‘Capsules’.
Each of the matching dainty pieces have a shapely handle which terminates to a point and have the most graceful and teeny tiniest of decoration including intricately scrollwork half way up the handle and minuscule’ beading’ to the lower edges.
All stamped to the reverse with ‘800’ indicating that they are made of continental silver, used in the 19th and early 20th centuries.
Card measures 2 3/4” x 1 1/8” whilst the fork is 2 1/8” long, the knife is 2 1/4” and the spoon 2 1/8” long, all in very good condition.
