Horn beakers Nineteenth century group of 3 - Set A
An attractive group of three horn beakers, or cups, dating to the nineteenth century. Of darker coloured Ox horn these are very tactile objects and would make a great addition to any collection or as a stand alone decorative group in their own right. They also make useful desk top accessories for pens, paperclips etc. Usually classed as Scottish in origin they were also made at various locations in the U.K.
Size: largest = 4" tall x 2. 1/2" top diameter, smallest = 2. 1/2" tall x 2" top diameter (sizes approximate).
Condition: Very good - all have normal age minor marks and nicks associated with such objects and the largest has some small cracks and slight losses to the base. Please see all photographs and as ever I am happy to send more photographs and answer any questions you may have.
Please see other horn beakers I have for sale and note this set (A) is the first of 2 sets I am listing this week.
