This Japanese Vintage Copper Paper Weight with a Karako was made about 30 years ago. The popular motif used of a karako is a Chinese child. He is cute. Its length and weight makes it perfect for art work and drawings of any type, Brent even said it would work on his large drawings of buildings so I guess for landscapes and architecture as well to hold those annoying ends down! It is closed on the ends and is well made and sturdy. It is sleek.
It is excellent condition, no cracks or chips. Please see the pictures and ask any questions. We are non-house smokers and do not smoke around our wares and our very careful with them to have clean hands and in the packing. We are careful to check incoming items for any unusual smells.
