A sterling silver charm of a Japanese tobacco pouch and pipe holder, age probably about 1950s-1960s, maybe older. This is a perfect little Japanese motif sterling .925 fineness of a Japanese item. Tabako-bon and Senryo Zutsu would be the proper names in Japan; tabako-bon for the pouch and Senryo Zutsu for Kiseru or pipe Holder. We have several more Japanese motif charms in sterling silver to post. Most likely they came from a Japanese charm bracelet purchase mid-century, inherited and split for selling. It is in very good condition with a few scratches on back which are very magnified in this picture and most likely not seen to the naked eye. could use a polishing.
Sized to the usual charm size, small about 3/8"-1/2". about 12.7 mm
