A delightful mid century anniversary ring with four sparkling green tourmaline and diamonds. Circa 1940s
This ring is positively eye catching. The four round deep green tourmaline are well matched in color and size, with a diameter of approximately 4 mm each.
The tourmaline are set in 9 k white gold (hallmarked), in a yoke setting. There are three single cut diamonds evenly spaced between the toumalines. They are approximately 1.2 mm in diameter.
The main section of the band is 9 k yellow gold.
The condition of the ring is excellent. The green color of the tourmaline was a high fashion color during the 1930s and 1940s, and this sparkling example is a wonderful tribute to well made jewelry.
The ring size is: 7.5 (US, Canada); P (Australia, Ireland, UK, NZ); 56 1/2 (France); 17 3/4 (Germany, Belgium, Scandinavia); 16 (Italy); 15 (China, Japan, India); 16 1/2 (Switzerland).
The ring weighs 3 grams.
