Notes about **Our Layaway Policy**

* Only items of $250 or more are eligible for our layaway plan.
* The first payment must be 25% of the price of the item.
* This initial down payment is non-refundable.
* Three months are allocated to pay for the item and regular payments must be made by money order, check, credit card, and/or Paypal..
* We issue PayPal requests on the 1st and the 15th of the month. It is your responsibility to respond to these requests in a timely fashion and to alert us via email if you make an unscheduled payment.
* If you choose to pay by money order or check, it is your responsibility to submit them in a timely fashion. Checks will be posted after they have been cleared by the bank.
* We will post notice of payments received to your account.
* There is no additional charge for layaway unless the item is not paid for in three months. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged (in addition to the non-refundable deposit) if the item has not been paid for and the balance will be transferred to store credit.
*There is a 15% restocking fee for any items returned if purchased via layaway and the down payment is not refundable.
*No more than two concurrent layaway purchase orders will be accepted.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

We gladly offer Free Domestic Shipping with all orders, and will upgrade any purchase over $500 to USPS Priority Mail at no extra cost. We provide tracking information with each package and will combine shipments if possible. Insurance, if requested, will be charged at actual costs with no additional fees. Most packages will be shipped within two business days of purchase except for purchases made over the weekend or over holidays. We ship INTERNATIONALLY to SOME countries for $12-50 USD (We charge ACTUAL Shipping and it does not cover any customs fees that may be due)! All orders require insurance. High value items may require additional shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any country. Import taxes and fees charged by other countries are the responsibility of the customer.
