Note: If you use a credit card while paying with PayPal your invoice will show a charge as Toriesjems. We Have a Wish List and if you do not see an item in our Shop, please do feel free to email us with your request. Please note due to the Large List of Banned Items we can only ship Costume Jewelry to Italy and it must be insured so please email us for postage fees before placing an order. We cannot ship Platinum, Gold Coral and or any items made with Human Hair.
Note: Foreign shipments are not insured if sent letter post , airmail or surface although the invoice will show that they are. Insurance on foreign orders is not automatic so please question before purchase.

We are on-line daily to answer any questions you may have. International Locations we are finding that Airmail orders are arriving with in 7-14 business days . Surface 4-6 weeks . Please be patient and if you have chosen the airmail or surface International shipping as there is no tracking and or insurance provided. If you wish to have tracking and insurance please notify us and we will provide addition insurance information upon invoice. You may also email before your purchase for a shipping quote . With the recent shipping changes here are your options: Canada : Approx. 7 Business Days Expedited with tracking , insurance and delivery confirmation. Signature option. Only upon request for a quote : Xpresspost 1-2 Days for Delivery insured and tracked . you may request letterpost for post cards and photos with no tracking or insurance . USA : Approx 6-14 Business days Tracked Packet with tracking no insurance. Expedited with insurance and tracking approx. 4-8 business days . Only upon request for quote : Xpresspost 1-2 business days insured with tracking. You may request letterpost for postcards and photgraphs with no insurance or tracking. International Locations : Approx. 6 - 14 Business days Tracked Packet insured for up to $ 100.00. Airmail No insurance or tracking 10-14 business days. We reserve the right to downgrade to surface if the shipping quote is unavailable at rate quoted for size and weight to your location via the options available after packing . We happily combine shipping for you when possible . We will refund any shipping cost overage in regards to estimate that is in excess of $3.00 and over. For Large items requiring much bubble wrap and popcorn this cost can be included in the shipping so if you realize your shipping costs are lower than on label this may be the handling charge for supplies we have had to use to insure a safe delivery .
