Featuring a little girl wearing a hat and necklace. She has her dress pulled up and is carrying 3 little kittens. Following her is her faithful mother cat wearing a red ribbon. Charming! In good vintage condition with age appropriate wear and some loss to the foil at edges. Someone has added a plastic tab so it may be hung on the wall.
