This is a vintage metalware Boyle tatting shuttle tool . It is in very good working condition with some wear of the silver plating over brass where fingers would have held this tool for use . The silver has rubbed down to brass color please view photos. Note : A magnet will be attracted to the center finding where the bobbin is held but not to the actual shuttle that is brass under silver plate. Measures 3 inches by 3/4 inch. Lovely for that special project you may have in mind !
