A Rare Find ! This vintage gently used set is embossed on the bottom MELOID CO. Arlington NJ. One Piece Salt & Pepper Shaker Pat Pend. Base also states on top end New York World's Fair. There are 2 moveable pieces to the bottom where you would add salt and pepper. This Orange and blue early plastic set is in the form of the iconic art deco Trylon & Perisphere. Measures about 3 inches by a little under 2 inches across the bottom of the base at widest areas and about 3 3/4 inches tall.

In good vintage condition and wonderful for display!

Note : The Trylon & Perisphere were 2 monumental modernistic structures designed by architects J. Andre Fouilhoux and Wallace Harrison . Together they were known as the Theme Center of the 1939 New York World's Fair in the USA.
