Very rare ca. early 17th century likely Italian or Spanish 19K Yellow Gold Cross Pendant with 24 Diamonds, all of table cut about 2 ctw. Hand - engraved decorations on the back side. Back side is a bit concave for best fit on the chest.

Metal tested above 18K Yellow Gold.

All stones with backs closed. Central stone has a crack. No missing stones.
