A repeat of less than 1/4", sturdy, crisp lines, silk taffeta, does it get any better? I am a devotee of brown as I feel it is the base to build a color pallet on. It does not seem to swamp a vision but add more possibilities. This has intact selvages of 17" (on a different piece), this is about 1 2/3 yards, measuring 15" at the bottom and 8" at the top. Some of the details of the construction are still in effect and explain the extra length of the fabric. A steady brown just doin' its job! The white stripes are perfect for the that base color. I realize that many are into the sweet and cute but this is my choice. Tight knife pleats in another listing.
