Buyer pays for actual shipping, insurance and confirmation, or tracking, unless a flat rate or free is stated in the item description. I do not have a handling or packaging charge for small items. Large and fragile items that need a more comprehensive packaging will be charged for the cost of the needs to deliver the item safely. All domestic items must be insured, tracked and/or signed for. Any excess charge on postage will be returned to my client. The international postage charges including insurance and tracking/ or registration are terribly expensive. Sometimes over $55.00 for a piece of jewelry. So, to my potential international buyers I'm so sorry about this. High value items really need these services, but I will allow you to decline insurance and tracking realizing that you solely accept all responsibility for loss and damage. The average cost of one small padded package to England or Australia is $11.00-15.00. This takes up to 10-21 days. Any import/customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
