Just a reminder that all items are vintage or antique and have been previously owned, used and loved. They most likely will have signs of use and wear, of which I will describe to the best of my knowledge and ability using descriptions and photos. What may be acceptable for me ,may not be acceptable for you. I really want you to be happy with your purchase and return to my shop often.

Every item has been exclusively selected by myself for quality, uniqueness and beauty. Please contact me for any concerns or questions before purchase, thus avoiding any disappointments and costs in time and money making returns. Pay Pal does not refund fees incurred to my shop on purchases. All purchases returned will have the Pay Pal fees for that item deducted from the purchase price, plus shipping, insurance and signed for services if included with the purchase.

I am not a gemologist and have a local gemologist verify gems and stones sold in my shop. Gold items are acid tested for content. Any error in description of my items gem or gold description is purely unintentional and my shop will provide return postage upon verification of error. Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for actual shipping, insurance and confirmation, or tracking, unless a flat rate or free is stated in the item description. I do not have a handling or packaging charge for small items. Large and fragile items that need a more comprehensive packaging will be charged for the cost of the needs to deliver the item safely. All domestic items must be insured, tracked and/or signed for. Any excess charge on postage will be returned to my client. The international postage charges including insurance and tracking/ or registration are terribly expensive. Sometimes over $55.00 for a piece of jewelry. So, to my potential international buyers I'm so sorry about this. High value items really need these services, but I will allow you to decline insurance and tracking realizing that you solely accept all responsibility for loss and damage. The average cost of one small padded package to England or Australia is $11.00-15.00. This takes up to 10-21 days. Any import/customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note any package lost or missing due to buyer opting out or declining item insurance or package tracking/and registration is solely the responsibility of the buyer. From Gillian does not accept or compensate for loss or damage to items not insured and or registered and tracked to the destination. You will find all charges included on your invoice, If you do not wish insurance you must decline it by checking the box on your invoice, thus accepting all responsibility for loss or damage. Thank you. USPS is primarily used unless the buyer has other preferences. Shipment of items is usually 2 days or less. If you need special services, I will do my best to accommodate you. Just contact me with your needs. Actual costs will be determined. Items paid by check or money order will need to clear my bank before posting. Payment needs to be received within 8 days of purchase order, or sale will automatically be cancelled unless purchaser notifies me with extenuating circumstances. International post up to 12 days.
