Hypersthene is a unique beautiful stone, quite rare.
In this particular bracelet, a greyish sheen is visible, which looks like coming from deep inside the stone.
The balls are 6mm in diameter.
All are knotted on both sides, so no stone touches another stone.
Macrame closure is adjustable.
Bracelet fits anybody, it's for both, women and men.
Hypersthene is sometimes referred to as 'velvet labradorite', but it is not labradorite at all.
Color is often gray, brown, green, and metallic reddish, and the luster is usually vitreous to pearly. On certain surfaces it displays a brilliant copper-red metallic sheen, or schiller (silvery bands), which has the same origin as the bronzy sheen of bronzite, but is even more pronounced.
Like bronzite, it is sometimes cut and polished as a gemstone.
The name "HYPERSTHENE" comes from the Greek and means "OVER STRENGTH".
Hypersthene is most often applied to various healing, metaphysical, and ornamental uses.
It hasn’t been commonly used in jewelry in the past. But in recent years its application to this purpose has increased in popularity. (Wikipedia)
