Here is a great accessory for someone with a christmas village train set or a tin toy collector. We have a tin toy well pump. The metal handle moves up and down and it has a space where a small pail likely went as well just beneath the spicket where the water would have come out. The paint is perfect nearly and it feels and look like it is an early German Piece made by the Marklin Toy company . The Toy measures just under 6 inches tall 4 inches wide and 3 inches deep. It is stamped Made in Germany dating it to around the early 1920s. It is avery cool and quite rare piece that has survived remarkable well .
