A large pop-up Valentine card made in the 1920's. Measures 12x9x5 when fully erect. Made from card stock with lithograph printing, blue tissue paper, and ruffles. Perfectly die-cut and constructed to fold out into a five layer scene. This one is interesting as it is a pop-up with a "room" of a gazebo. On the bottom it is illustrated with "To my Valentine" and written to the original recipient in French. In small print on the back right lower corner is a printed in Germany stamp. There is a slight warping on the lower back corners where the base is connected but other than that it is in beautiful condition for its age. Perfect to display for Valentines Day.
