Sparkler advertising box from the 1910s or 1920s depicting statue of liberty holding a sparkler. The sparklers were made specifically for the July 4th holiday as indicated on the box "A Glorious 4th of July Article". The box originally held twelve 10 inch sparklers, but is empty now. There is no manufacturer identification or any warnings about being careful when handling the sparklers. The box measures 10 1/2 x 1 7/8 x 1/2 inches. The top flap is missing from the box, otherwise it is in very good condition.
