Antique Green Faux Jewel Hatpin

A glowing faux green jewel, that is oval and faceted, is the highlight of this Edwardian era hatpin. The top of the hatpin is bezel set, with the bronze colored metal bezel being embellished with a twist of rope designed in the same metal. The faux glass jewel is 1 and 1/8 in wide and 1 and 1/4 in long. Around the bezel is another metal setting, making the whole top 1 and 1/2 in in diameter.

The pin shank is 11 in in length. It is attached to the top by a bridge style finding, leaving the faux jewel open to the light, allowing for the beautiful glow. The bezel has one slight opening, with the rest of the piece being in very good antique condition, with a lot of patina, which has been left as it is. This is great beauty to add to your collection!
