The full length red skirt features Revolutionary soldiers, with rifles, swords, and two flags, showing a circle, representing the original colonies. The bodice is deep blue, embellished with lace trimmed bell sleeves. The lace also outlines the neckline. The dress closes in the back with a button and loop, both functional. The dress is in very good condition. It comes with a pair white original white mules, with one correctly marked Japan. Long may she wave!
