From one of our favorite "classic" designers, Miriam Haskell, comes this 28 inch long, glass bead necklace. Made in a glowing autumnal brown hue, each round bead is about 17/18 mm in size, and is completely faceted. The facets reflect the light in all directions. The ends of the necklace each have one small, bronze, round bead, which give on to the clasp. Suspended from an integrated ring, inset in one bead, is a lozenge shaped piece. This piece, in gold tone metal, has a an indentation, which is opened by a thumb catch. From the opposite side, the indentation takes in a single ring, completing the clasp. The lozenge piece is imprinted with the words "Miriam Haskell". Additionally, on the side of the lozenge is a separate, oval cartouche, with the "Haskell" mark in relief. This dates the piece to the 1950's. The necklace, so clean and versatile in look, is in excellent vintage condition. Perfect for your fall outfits!
