This is a very dainty hand strung necklace created by "Danae". Created from high-quality, semiprecious gemstone fern green Apatite Beads which are hand-cut to a faceted puffed teardrop. The name comes from the Greek word "apate", which means, "to deceive." It could be said apatite had been deceived into allowing itself to be confused with some of the more valuable gems such as tourmaline, olivine, peridot, topaz and beryl.

The necklace is made with tear drop Apatite beads which measures 3/8" each with green polished agate spacers which measure 1mm each. The necklace measures 22" long with a filigree gold plate push in clasp. The earrings are simple two fern green Apatite beads with a gold plate lever back. The necklace weighs 16 grams
