Looking for a Venetian Glass Hat Pin? This is a great example of a Venetian glass hat pin! It has a round curved navy glass head with colors of pinks and blues on a band of coppery gold paint with a thin curvy band of coppery gold paint circling the head of the pin. The head of the pin is 3/4" in circumference and the brass shank is 7" long. It is circa Victorian Era.

Glass heads on hat pins are especially attractive, as the medium allows for wide expression of design. This particular pin is fairly typical, in terms of coloration and design. The hues employed in Venetian Glass Hat pins are consistently very feminine. Embellishments as they appear on this piece are also typical of this variety of hat pin.
