American Victorian dinner bell and spoon holder with figural dogs and soldiers in armor. It dates to the 1880's made by Simpson Hall Miller and Co. from Wallingford CT. This is an amazing bell! It is marked 35, Simpson Hall Miller and Co., Wallingford, Conn., Plate. It measures 6" by 5 1/2" by 10 3/8" tall. The bell is in very good condition.
