This is a great piece of de porcelyne fles or Royal Delft. It was made for Dutch market and dates somewhere before 1945. Probably closer to the 1920’s. It is a great Arts & Crafts Galleon. The colors are strong and bold. This one is done as a plaque rather than a flat square tile. It has a wire done through factory holes in back so it could be hung. That is very typical for the Dutch products. Twice in the same year I have had this piece but the First time I even knew it existed in 35 years. I think it is a prize.
