Victorian Brass Pedestal with stone insert made about 1900. Made of cast iron, then plated in brass, this pedestal has wing cherubs every where, surrounded by acanthus leaves to produce a striking Victorian pedestal useful as a calling card stand inside the front door or an ornate plant stand. The brass patina is original with no losses anywhere. It stands 30 inches tall, is 19 1/2 inches wide and 13 1/2 inches deep and weighs a hefty 32 pounds. It is in excellent condition with a piece of replaced stone on the top. This can be packaged and shipped FedEx Ground. I build custom boxes to fit the piece to save shipping costs.
