Isn't she lovely?
A 21" antique german doll manufactured by the Heinrich Handwerck company.
I love the 79, 99 and 109 mold dolls when they have those wonderful large almond eye cuts.
This is mold 99 and she does have that appealing look.
She is marked 99 DEP Germany Handwerck 3 1/2 on the back of her head.
Great feathered eyebrows and wonderful painting of her facial details.
Perfect blushed cheeks without rubs.
Her brown blown glass eyes have been set.
Bisque head has been lit and there are no hairlines or repairs.
Her left earring hole has broken through, see picture.
Wig is glued down tightly in the front and I don't want to risk ripping it, so did not totally remove.
Composition body is mostly in original finish.
There is repaint on her upper chest area, looks like shoulder crack may have been repaired.
Upper ball joints on her legs also appear to have a little structural repair done.
She is wearing a very cute light blue and white dress, antique slip and vintage shoes.
Displays beautifully and offered at a great price due to the earring hole break.
