Presenting a Victorian Chalcedony, Blister Pearl and Sterling necklace circa 1890.
This beautiful necklace features a stunning combination of faceted stones of pure (no metal inclusions ) white Chalcedony, blister pearls and very detailed fancy sterling findings.
The interior of the necklace measures 16.5 inches with a additional 2.25 inch drop for the pendant. The necklace weighs 27 grams and has a toggle closure.
The Chalcedony stones measure as follows; one - 35 mm by 22 mm by 10 mm, four - 13 mm by 8 mm by 5 mm, one - 12 mm by 10 mm by 10 mm, two - 7 mm by 5 mm by 5 mm.
There are six - 25 mm by 5 mm by 3 mm Blister Pearls.
The necklace weighs 27 grams.
This necklace is in excellent antique condition with no breaks, chips or repairs. There are no visible hallmarks. JSP testing solution was used to verify the metal content. A Presidium gem tester was used to verify the stones.
