These finely engraved hinges in wrought iron are extremely detailed. In my opinion they are copies in renaissance style from the second part of the 19th century. The blacksmith made a great job. These kind of hinges are typical from the Rhineland area and could often be found in wine-grower houses. They have been restored and partially brushed. You will notice on the picture that one of the moustache is broken. As the hinges were hand forged therefore their measures and patterns are a little bit different.
