Gorgeous Antique French Limoges Bisque Musical Marotte Doll

Here we have a gorgeous French bisque head marotte in lovely condition. She is marked Limoges France on the back of her head and has a beautiful look about her. She has brown glass eyes, nice rosy cheeks, an open mouth with teeth, and delicately painted brows and lashes. She is free from any chips, cracks, damages, or repairs. She has a speckle here and there to the bisque, and I see some age staining to her lace and ribbons with a tiny dark spot on the right side. She has a wonderful curly hair wig and she has pierced ears (with no earrings). Give her a twirl and she plays lovely music. Her handle is made of bone and is a whistle at the end. The handle does have age discoloration and a small break (under her skirt where she connects to the base). She is dressed beautifully with a matching hat with feathers. It's hard to believe that these were party favors! Can you imagine?!! Measures 13" tall.
