This Art Deco ring is made of tested and guaranteed 14k yellow gold and white gold, of cast and assembled construction, circa 1930's. The ring comprises an open, cut-corner rectangular mounting, measuring 15.74mm x 8.98 mm, prong-set at the center with one Old European cut diamond, with single cut diamonds bead-set above and below in marquise shaped mountings, the whole flanked by single cut diamonds vertically bead-set into the shoulders of the flat shank, which measures from 1.58mm to 2.16mm in width. The Old European cut diamond has the quality grade range of G-H color, SI2 clarity (eye clean and beautifully cut!) measures approximately 4.46 x 4.46 x (2.68) mm, and weighs approximately .34 carats. The six single cut diamonds are SI1-SI2 in clarity, G-H in color, measure an approximate average of 1.16 mm in diameter, and weigh approximately .01 carats each. This navette style vintage ring has an approximate grand total gem weight: .40ct t.w.. The ring is stamped “Z 14KT”. This ring weighs 2.6 grams, is currently a finger size 5.5 and is resizable.
