Add an air of romantic Art Deco to any ensemble with this 18k white gold, diamond, and camphor glass sautoir necklace, of hand-made construction, circa 1920’s. The lacey necklace is made of a cut-corner rectangular pendant suspended from a filigree drop, measuring 2 ½” x 7/8”, suspended from the center of a filigree and oval link necklace, 19” long, terminating in a filigree heart and pressure clasp. (Pendant can be removed from chain and easily replaced with another for more versatility if desired). The pendant comprises cut camphor glass bezel-set in a filigree frame, set at the center with one round brilliant cut diamond. It drops 1.5" from the clasp. The diamond is SI1 in clarity, G-H in color, cut grade: good, and weighs approximately .14 carats. The necklace is unmarked. Total weight: 5.3 dwt.
