Are you a collector of pottery, this piece could be a Bauer, yellow-ware , etc. there are many pieces unmarked. This is a beautiful burnt orange colored nice and bright and "so in" today. No lid but in great condition some flaws due to glazing and a few flea bites, see pictures. Handle nice and sturdy no cracks, a little rust on screws. A little history about Bauer 1929 began the most famous era of Bauer pottery. Despite Bockman’s early ambivalence to Houser and his colored glazes, the California ring line, or “ruffled” as it was referred to at the time, exploded. The ring pattern, credited to Ipsen, took over and was applied to anything and everything and copied by many pottery makers of the time. The handle on this piece is a hard early plastic I know Bauer used wood handles on several of theirs. Condition could use a dish washer to clean inside, but in great vintage. Measurement 8-1/2" tall 20" circumference.
