A lovely elegant marquise-shape Art Deco ring, circa 1930-35 s, it is made in 18 k white gold, set with 2 white bright Old European brilliant-cut diamonds in collet setting and 34 white sparkling rose-cut diamonds in pave setting, surrounding a round rich blue natural Ceylon sapphire on an elegant pierced galley.
A very beautiful streamlined ring in perfect condition, it would make a unique engagement ring, anniversary ring or a right hand ring.
The ring is pleasant and easy to wear, smooth and low on the finger.

Origin: European, probably Belgium.

Diamonds: Two (2) old European brilliant cut diamonds weighing together approx. 0.20 carat ,measuring 3 mm diameter, Clarity SI (no visible inclusions without magnification), Color H (white) ,and 34 well matched white bright rose-cut diamonds of various diameters, in pave settings. The weight of rose-cut diamonds is not given.
Gemstone: One round faceted rich blue natural Ceylon sapphire weighing approx. 0.40 carat, measuring 4.2 mm diameter.
Measurements: Top marquise-shape panel 2.3 cm x 1.2 cm (0.90 x 0.47 inch), height on the finger 0.52 cm (0.20 inch).
