This gorgeous ring is dating circa 1910, it was finely hand crafted in platinum, in a timeless Edwardian design with an open scroll gallery, and delicate mil grains.
The ring feathers in its center a natural dark blue sapphire, weighing 6.10 carats, of old Siam origin.
The cushion-shape sapphire is surrounded by a halo of 20 bright white sparkling transitional brilliant-cut diamonds, weighing approx. 1.30 carat, shoulder are encrusted with 4 eight-cut diamonds.
This elegant ring is in very good condition, pleasant to wear; would make a beautiful engagement ring / right hand ring.
Period: Antique Edwardian circa 1910.

Diamonds: 20 transitional brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approx. 1.30 carat, measuring average 2.6 mm, Color G (very white), Clarity SI, and 4 eight-cut diamonds weighing approx. 0.10 carat. Total weight of diamonds is approx. 1.40 carat.
Measurements: North to South 2 cm ( 0.78 inch), East to West 1.8 cm ( 0.71 inch), high over the finger 0.5 cm ( 0.19 inch).
