A pair of charming Art Deco long drop earrings finely crafted in 18 K white gold dating back to 1920 s.
The earrings are set with six sparkling transitional brilliant-cut diamonds, weighing together approx. 1.30 carat, on an articulated knife wire, dangling at each movement.
These elegant earrings, for pierced ears, are in very good condition; easy to wear day and night. The Alpha closure system is a latter replacement.
Period: Art Deco circa 1920 s.
Material: 18 K white gold, weighing 4.7 gram, acid tested.
Diamonds: Six (6) well matched transitional brilliant cut diamonds weighing all together approx. 1.30 carat, color F (very white), clarity VS 1:
One pair weighing approx. 0.45 carat each ( 0.90 carat together), measuring 4.8 mm diameter x 3 .1 mm deep.
Two pairs weighing together approx. 0.40 carat, measuring 2.8 mm diameter.
Measurements: Length 2.9 cm (1.14 inch), largest bottom setting 0.82 cm diameter (0.32 inch).
In order to preserve the original condition of the jewel, stones have not been removed from their setting. All diamonds, weight, color and clarity, unless stipulated otherwise, have been made by measurement formula and comparison.
