Elegant and delicate Art Deco ring circa 1920 s , skillfully handcrafted in 18 k white gold in a classical geometrical Art Deco design.
This sweet ring depicts in the center a medium dark blue rectangular sugar leaf “ Verneuil “ lab-made sapphire in a collet mil grain setting , it is flanked by two steps on each side encrusted with lively sparkling eight-cut diamonds.
Condition: very good.
Period: Vintage Art Deco circa 1920 s.
Material: 18 k white gold, weighing 2.2 gram, acid tested.
Diamonds: Ten (10) eight-cut diamonds, weighing approx. 0.15 carat, measuring 1.5 mm diameter, Color G – F (very white), Clarity SI-VS.
Sapphire: One “Verneuil” lab-made medium dark blue sugar leaf cut sapphire, weighing approx. 1.15 carat, measuring 7, 2 mm x 4.7 mm x 2.8 mm.
Measurements of the ring: North to South 0.8 cm ( 0.31 inch), East to West 1.25 cm ( 0.49 inch) , high on the finger 0.45 cm ( 0.18 inch).
