Superb, rare Antique Late Georgian - Early Victorian rose-cut diamonds drop earrings dating circa 1830 s.
These original Late Georgian - Early Victorian earrings are hand crafted in silver with a layer of gold on the back; they have a beautiful dark oxidized silver patina, and are encrusted with 60 glistening rose-cut diamonds in foiled closed back settings.
These elegant drop earrings are in very good condition with their original shepherd hook made in 18 k yellow gold.
Period: Antique Late Georgian - Early Victorian circa 1830.
Country of origin: Probably Belgium or Holland.
Material: Silver and gold layer on the back, the shepherd hooks are made in 18 k yellow gold, weighing 14 gram, acid tested.
Diamonds: Sixty (60) glistening rose-cut diamonds of various shapes and sizes.
