In 14-karat (as stamped) yellow gold, a pair of dangle earrings, each set with a transparent oval cabochon opal swiveling within a pear-shaped frame; touched with small round diamonds at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock -- all this hinging from a scrolled top also set with a round diamond. This item is dated c. 1970s.
