This pendant was converted from a large watch slide into a pendant and I believe it could easily be converted back into a slide. A plaque with a loop has been affixed to the top of the slide but the bottom holes are open. The slide (not including the loop) is one inch long by .75 inches wide and weighs 8 grams. The design is wonderful with scalloped edge at the bottom. The center plaque has a lovely bird sitting on a branch with wings outstretched. One wing has a rose gold tint and the other is yellow gold. Parts of the slide test as gold while other parts test as gold filled. Whatever its parts, it is exceptional in design.
It is truly lovely and an authentic piece of Victorian jewelry. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
