Baltimore artist Julie Jankowski created this hand-made serigraph in the late 1990's at AFA Press (a fine printmaking atelier and publishing company) in Michigan. Titled RED DOG, this is print number 4 from an edition of 30. It is signed, numbered and titled in the lower margin. The AFA Press chop mark is embossed in the lower right corner of the paper.
The image has vibrancy in both the colors and the gestural brush strokes. At the time the image was made, Jankowski lived in South Bend, Indiana, where she worked as a graphic designer and a design instructor at Indiana University South Bend (IUSB).
The image size is 16"x20". It is printed on heavy rag paper measuring 22" x 26". It is in excellent condition, and is being sold unframed.
