This large (27"x41 1/2") and magnificently detailed acrylic painting is from a vibrant time in our history, 1976. It was painted by Samuel Kupferman , the son of the well known NYC/Massachusetts artist Lawrence Kupferman (1909-1982). Like his father, Samuel's paintings delve into the psyche and reflect the social atmosphere of his time.
The artist's signature and the date 1976 appear on the lower right corner.
This painting was created on primed heavy art illustration board and appears to have never been framed. The corners show some minor rounding, but otherwise the painting is in good condition. It is being sold as-is, unframed.
