This is an early albumen print from about 1870, which shows a humorous painting of a horse-drawn cart overloaded with several generations of an Italian family. The photo is captioned "Neapolitan Caryall" in ink on the mount, under the photo.
The photo was published by G. Sommer, and bears his blind-stamp in the lower right corner.
The print size is 7.25" x 9.5", the mount is 13" x 16" The photo is on excellent condition, and the mount has some discoloration and a few smudges. The card stock has cut, rounded corners.
