This is a 10 1/2" bleeding hearts floral Rookwood vase from 1945. The turquoise blue vase has a subtle bleeding heart pattern with glaze highlights wiped to reveal the white clay beneath the matt finish. This is a large vase by Rookwood standards and it is 5" across the wide shoulder. It is slender at the neck and as a rolled lip. The condition is very good. There are several dots from the firing process but they are very very tiny and scattered. There are no
chips, cracks or repairs.
